About SEASONS

SEASONS provides training and development consultancy and facilitation. Our suite of programmes has been designed specifically for the higher education sector and provides training in leadership, management, personal and professional development.

Our consultancy services provide support and advice across the staff development function including training needs analysis, development options, programme design and evaluation.

We are approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to offer their nationally recognised qualifications at level 3 and level 5.
